Larson Lake Park

       Larson Lake is a former gravel pit converted to a 5 acre lake within this 12 acre recreational park east of Aurelia, Iowa. Bluegill, bass, crappie and catfish can be caught year round and small watercraft are permitted on the lake. No gasoline motors, please. Facilities also include large and small picnic shelters, charcoal grills, a vault toilet and playground equipment. Five primitive campsites are available for $5 per site per night. No more than six people with one tent/camper per site, please. No hunting is allowed at any time.
