WILD GAME APPETIZERS
Have you ever had wild game before? Or maybe you’re looking for a new recipe? Well, add a unique twist to your date night with us! This program includes tasty treats, recipes, and tips & tricks for cooking wild game.
Bring a date, your friend, dad, grandma, or come alone to try some new tasty treats on Saturday, February 22nd at 5:00pm in the CCCB office on River Road. This program will offer up locally obtained wild game. Depending on what’s available, appetizers may consist of goose, deer, pheasant, rabbit, squirrel, or fish. Each item prepared will include a brief walk-through of how the item was prepared and include recommended kitchen items used in the process.
Registration is requested prior to February 19th. You can register by contacting Laura or through our Facebook page. There’s a $5/person fee to cover the cost of groceries. If you have a beverage that is your perfect pairing to wild game, bring it along! A minimum number of participants is needed for this program to take place and space is limited.
