Facilities
There are 6 overnight rental facilities in the county park system as well as 2 day use rental facilities.

Below is a summary of rental information. For more detailed information, download our Rental Facility Brochure (PDF). Note: The brochure has not been updated with Uncle Tom's Cabin information. More information below.

Our reservation calendar shows facility availability and is always changing. Modifications may have occurred since the last update.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in any of the overnight facilities.


Facility Information & Fees

Barn at Silver Sioux
$150/day + $100 deposit
2 day minimum for weddings and/or related receptions
Includes electricity & serving bar
*Electricity turns off at 10:30pm, no exceptions*

Lodge at Silver Sioux
$190/night + 5% hotel/motel tax + $100 deposit
2 night minimum on weekends & holidays
Sleeps 16, includes a kitchen, wood stove, patio, & bathroom/shower

Small Cabins (3) at Martins Access
$90/night + 5% hotel/motel tax + $100 deposit
2 night minimum on weekends & holidays
Sleeps 4, includes kitchenette, patio, & bathroom/shower

Large Cabin at Martins Access
$190/night + 5% hotel/motel tax + $100 deposit
2 night minimum on weekends & holidays
Sleeps 12, includes kitchen, sitting area, patio, & bathroom/shower

Uncle Tom's Cabin at River Road Conservation Area
$125/day
+ 5% hotel/motel tax + $100 deposit
2 night minimum on weekends & holidays

Sleeps 4, includes kitchen, patio, & bathroom/shower
Name of the cabin has been maintained in honor of Tom Nelson, previous cabin owner and one of the land donors of River Road Conservation Area.


Shelter at Martins Access
$50/day + 100 deposit
Includes electricity, serving bar, overhead lights, & fans
